STYLE: Rough Around The Edges

Last year, fringe was everywhere; on jackets, and skirts, and shoes and purses. But what is the equivalent of fringe when it comes to denim or jeans? That would be a frayed hem. 



The frayed hem effect and the raw edges on the sleeves are what drew me to this pretty dress from ELOQUII. And the asymmetrical hem adds a fun and funky element to an otherwise simple denim dress. I love the light denim wash of this dress too. 

Pairing the dress with tan accessories and my favorite fringe denim clutch from Egotistic (similar here) completed the look which made for the perfect outfit on a beautiful day in The A that felt more like spring than winter.
